La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville Downtown / Stadium

Traveling with our two dogs was easy here. La Quinta made them feel welcome, and the hotel is genuinely dog-friendly. We also liked the bar on site, a nice spot to unwind after spending the day in the city. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was well stocked, so we could eat before heading out. The property is modern, clean, and well cared for. Its location is hard to beat, directly across from the Tennessee Titans stadium. This is one of the nicest La Quinta locations we’ve stayed at, and we’d absolutely book it again.

The location was great, close to Bridgetown arena, the most happening place near broadway. At reception, they offered a welcome kit with chips and candies, and the receptionists were very sweet. Our room was big and clean, with a lovely feel from the decorative lights. Breakfast had waffles, pancakes, other hot items, bread, and bagels. Coffee and tea were available all the time.

The valet team made an amazing first impression, and I felt taken care of from the start. Their manager stayed composed with a line of cars, and got every guest through quickly and well. Alex was fantastic and loaded all our bags into the car. The customer service blew me away. The lobby was beautiful and our room was gorgeous and comfy. Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We were there for three days because of the storm. With a baby girl, I didn’t want to risk staying home without power, so we went until the electricity came back. Check-in took longer than expected because so many people were waiting. The room was clean and warm, and breakfast was good, though one day they ran out of eggs. The front desk people were super nice, as were the bar staff. The one issue was the woman helping with waffles in the morning. Our picky little one might eat a pancake made with our own mix, so we asked staff if that was okay. They said it had been done for other guests before, but when we asked her, she was rude to my husband and didn’t have a very friendly face. It was a one-time request for our daughter, and we decided to avoid her and brush it off. Everything else was great, and I’d definitely recommend the place.
