Lofts at 30th North

The condo had a lot of broken things, including the bathroom cabinet, kitchen faucet, and barstools. The neighborhood felt sketchy at night. I heard gunshots near the liquor store a block away, so check the area's crime map before you stay. After checkout, I realized I’d left clothes in a drawer. Good Night Stay told me they’d found them, and a young woman who no longer works there confirmed it with a photo. They said they would ship the clothes back. After several phone calls and 10 weeks, they said they had confused us with another guest and no longer had the clothes. That came after confirming they had them and making promises to ship them. I wouldn’t stay there. If you do, use Airbnb. I also tried to review Good Night Stay on VRBO, but they wouldn’t post it. Thanks to Google for letting people read the truth, good or bad. It’s a great area, minutes on foot from Vanderbilt and Centennial Park, and one of the best deals around. The apartments are roomy, with a lovely design and great new appliances, and the owner of the building is wonderful. It’s cost effective too.

I stayed in 412 and couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was very nice, quiet, and peaceful to walk in the park at the end of the day.

Apartment 310 is really nice and clean, with funky, cool furniture and views of Vanderbilt university and centennial park. Highly recommended.
