I made the booking through a third party, but when I arrived, the location said there was no reservation for me. I had to scramble to find another hotel and pay for it that night. Later, the third party contacted the property to confirm what had happened so I could get a refund. Mint House then said they’d found my reservation and refused to refund me. That feels like very shady business practice. Other reviews seem to describe a similar pattern. I’d advise people to stay away.

The room was quiet despite being downtown in Nashville, and it was clean and ready when we got there. Check-in was easy using the instructions they emailed. I’d highly recommend Mint House to anyone staying in Nashville.

My main complaint is that the cleaning lady stole my girlfriend’s wallet, which had all her cards and $600 in it. The agents who were supposed to help us spent six hours beating around the bush before saying it hadn’t been found. I doubt they even looked, since the company’s contracted people weren’t in Nashville. They said there was camera footage but wouldn’t send it to us. When we were leaving, two Hispanic cleaning ladies were at the door. Neither spoke English, and now they can’t be found.

The Mint House team was always available when we needed something, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean, beautifully designed, and felt like home. I had an exceptional stay and can’t wait to come back to Nashville. Highly recommend!

*edit* We came back to the same location for another operation, and nothing has changed. There was pubic hair from a previous guest under the sheets. Customer service could care less. Customer service refunded my $25 parking fee because of the unsanitary conditions. The Metro health Deparment was notified and said they would inspect. The location worked well because my child was having an operation at Vanderbilt children’s. But the room was very poorly cleaned, there was no balcony, hair from the previous guest was all over the room, and the carpet was disgusting.
