My Pine layout apartment is about 700 sq feet, with a great separate storage room of around 80 sq ft and an oversized soaking tub. I haven't tried the pool yet because it's too cold, though it looks nice. One parking space is included in the rent, which is a win. The lounge is welcoming, with a pool table, couches, a TV, and coffee and tea. The Zen garden outside my apartment is a peaceful little sanctuary, with nice grills residents can use. I moved in late November 2025, and I'm really glad I chose PSF. Everyone I've met has treated me well, from Josh and Victoria to the maintenance guy and cleaning gals. Cool cats. The monthly mixers are thoughtfully planned and fun, usually with two or three events each month. I even met a really nice guy at the last one, which I wasn't expecting, lol. It's quiet at home and a lovely place to work remotely, but The Gulch's bustle is just steps away. My dog Finn is happy here too, with lots of sweet pup neighbors. I'm really into Rudy's Jazz Club as well, and walk there about twice a week, just five minutes down the street. Pine Street Flats has exceeded my expectations, so thanks for that!

Since moving here from Tampa, Florida, I've found Pine Street Flats to be a great way to experience Nashville. The Gulch has restaurants, shops, and nightlife right outside, but there's basically no street noise inside, so home stays peaceful even with all that nearby. The staff have been friendly, helpful, and responsive at every step, from the first visit through moving in. My apartment feels comfortable and warm, with modern design and high-end finishes. I especially enjoy the gym, pool, and green spaces. It's a hard place to beat if you want to live in Nashville.

Victoria made the leasing process easy from my first tour right through move-in. She was professional, quick to respond, and clearly cared about making things go smoothly. The community events are a real highlight, planned with care and a good way to meet neighbors right away. The lounge, equipped gym, resort-style pool, and dog wash station are all spotless and well kept. Maintenance and housekeeping are quick and reliable, too. For a modern, welcoming home in Nashville, Pine Street Flats is a great choice, and Victoria was the best person to work with.
