I stopped by to ask about a vacancy, and Bryan and the team were welcoming and professional. The lobby and the unit they showed me were well kept. I noticed a posted list of planned activities for the month, and got the sense they care about their tenants and stay engaged. I'm excited to take the next steps toward moving into this great location in the Gulch!

Bryan made the tour so much fun. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, sweet, and relatable, and had the crispiest braids ever! He showed me a couple of awesome units and made the place come to life. Even if I hadn't loved the units, the building itself is incredible, and Infinity Lofts were my top contender among the places I was scouting. I didn't move into Infinity at the time because I'm new to Nashville, still getting my ducks in a row, and had just received another offer elsewhere. But Bryan gave me real southern hospitality, and just knowing someone like him works there would make you want to sign, seal, and deliver a lease. I'm still considering Infinity. Once I'm settled and more comfortable with the city, I plan to sign that lease with Bryan. You don't come across office managers like him, and the building is too cute to pass up. It's only missing a restaurant! Lol. I'll be seeing Bryan, with his charismatic self, and the Lofts soon. If you're looking to rent, seek out Bryan. You won't be disappointed. Really, the best staff and units.

I spent two years here, and the building was under construction for almost my whole lease. At one point there was a TARP in my living room, and construction workers had moved my belongings out of the way without care. The building didn't feel secure, and when someone was murdered, management said nothing. I found out from a friend. The hall carpets constantly smelled like trash and mold, marijuana was wreaking throughout the building and into my unit, and doors were often left open so anyone could get in. Before moving out, I gave the office written notice more than 60 days ahead. But when it was time to leave, nobody was there for a final walkthrough. When Amy eventually came in, I gave her my keys and confirmed everything was done. She said yes, so I thought I was clear. Almost five months later, my mother got a collect call saying I owed nearly $400 for cleaning and paint. We left the apartment spotless, with clear walls and no furniture or trash. I never got a call or mail saying I owed anything. That's pretty shitty management. If you've made it through this long post, I hope I saved you some time and money. Please save your time, money, and energy and do NOT rent here.

For months I lived with a one foot wide path through my apartment, and was embarrassed to have anyone over. My cat got more and more anxious in that cramped space. After the building said window construction was coming, I had to move everything five feet from the windows so they could put up plastic tarps across half my studio. They offered storage in their scary basement, but it was dusty and hard to access. I couldn't move the big furniture myself, and they refused to help. I had to shift my couch, bookshelf, desk, and dresser on my own. I asked for a rent reduction for the disruption and was told no. I also asked to move to an unaffected unit, and was told no. Later, while I was at work, I got an email saying the basement storage lockers had flooded. Everything I stored there, including my camera collection, was ruined. Management denied responsibility, saying it was NES's fault, despite charging me every month for “forced insurance” even though I already had my own policy on file. My friends helped clean up the damage and left honest Google reviews about how it was handled. Management threatened me with legal action over their reviews, which was shocking and upsetting. Not long after, I got a renewal offer at an even higher price. I moved as soon as my lease ended. Months later, my employer accidentally mailed an important document to the complex. I emailed to ask how I could get it. My hopes weren't high, but I expected a reply. I still haven't been able to reach anyone in the front office by phone or email to find out if they received it. When I first moved in, the studio seemed great: beautiful, with large windows, lots of light, and close to downtown. I was young and new to town. Then I got a notice from their attorney saying window construction would start and I had to sign an agreement immediately or move out. Amy tried to answer my questions, but I felt pressured to sign because I had nowhere else to go. I rarely regret decisions, but I truly regret renting here. If you're looking for honest communication, stability, or responsive management, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Bryan was helpful and knew the property well when he showed me and my fiance a 2 bdrm floor plan. They didn't have any 2 bdrms available then, but it's definitely somewhere I'd consider in the future.
