Ramada by Wyndham Nashville/Music City

The whole hotel and my room were worn down and dirty. There were obvious dirty marks on the walls, and I should have taken pictures. A dehumidifier was plugged in by our room, so there was probably mold. The stairwell on our floor and the parking garage elevator smelled like pot, and there were sketchy people hanging around. I left quickly the next morning and didn’t even shower because I wasn’t sure it was clean. I get now why it was only $120.

The walls had blood on them, the faucets leaked, and there were bugs everywhere. I wouldn’t pay to stay here again, even for 1,000,000 dollars. Larry especially wasn’t my favorite, and I’d never stay here again. The Country Inn and Suites next door is friendly, has soft beds, and serves a great breakfast. I’d 100% recommend staying there instead. It’s a wonderful place!

There wasn’t an airport shuttle or a pool, despite what was advertised, and we were extremely disappointed. My four friends and I, all women, felt very unsafe because of the location and open parking garage. We chose the hotel because the price was affordable after a last minute flight cancelation. The first room looked updated but had a broken toilet, with the lid off and the flush not working. We were moved to another room that was dirty, with stained curtains and towels, peeling walls, and dead bugs. The hallway had a lingering mould smell, and it looked like the rooms and hotel hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Breakfast was very limited: a waffle maker and frozen breakfast sandwiches, but no cereal bowls. Condiments were scarce too, with no black pepper, ketchup, or butter packets, just one communal butter container that didn’t feel sanitary. We were concerned about our health and well-being and won’t stay here again.

For the area, this was a great deal. The rooms were cleaner and nicer than I expected after reading so many negative reviews, and the pool was clean and open. The foyer was lovely and smelled fresh. Breakfast was decent, with sausage biscuits, honey buns, waffles, and more, as long as you got there early enough. It worked for us. There had been a few break-ins, so bring any valuables inside the hotel.
