The real standout here was Bartender Cierra. At first I watched her make a couple of perfect martinis and serve people well. After spending more time in the bar, we saw even more of how fabulous she is. Her manager was there on our last night, so I could tell him what a rockstar she is. We liked the trendy, comfortable room and the hotel's location in a cool part of town. The bar shares the entrance, which I already knew, and was actually quite awesome. It did get a little loud at night, but nothing like a hotel on Broadway, and it didn't go on too late. We had a double king room and had thought our adult son might join us, but Room 101 has no real privacy while showering, no door or even a curtain. That wasn't a big deal for us, though. The location worked perfectly, and we'll stay here again when we return to Nashville.

The room was clean and larger than I'd expected. Finding it took a little figuring out, and I spent a minute fighting with the keypad before I got in. Parking directions were provided, but the pass described for the room wasn't there. I asked about it at 4pm check-in and didn't hear back until after checkout the next day. The reply just told me where the pass was supposed to be, even though I'd already said it wasn't there. I ended up paying to park nearby. Don't count on a quick response if something goes wrong.

Arriving was easy thanks to contactless check-in and parking close by. The bar staff were kind and accommodating, and our room was clean, comfortable, and lovely. Reunion is a perfect place for a weekend getaway. We'll definitely be back!

The location is cool, and the rooms have a neat, hip look. The towels were clean, the shower was tiled, and the shampoo dispensers were a nice touch. Still, the place felt meh because of the lack of attention to detail. The room was musty, and the carpet badly needed to be re-stretched. It buckled by the door and in every corner. Cleaning seemed inadequate too, with dirt and dust on the door frames, fake plants, pictures, and other surfaces. Parking was confusing, and I got a ticket after leaving my car beside the building from 10 pm until 7 AM. No businesses were open then, but the ticket cops were fierce.

The rooms are really cute, and mine had a noise machine, though I didn't use it. Since the space is shared with a bar, you may hear some noise, but it didn't bother me. I felt safe and welcome. There's no front desk to deal with, just a key code to get in, and we had a pass that let us park right behind our room. The bar staff were helpful with questions and gave us great recommendations for nearby things to do.
