Springhill Suites By Marriott Metro Center

The room was clean and well kept, and the whole place had good vibes. Desarea at the front desk was cheerful and so sweet when we visited, and Jackson helped us out with a few things we needed. The room service guy was nice too, though I can't remember his full name, just that it started with B. Everyone was friendly. I'd definitely come back.

We arrived exhausted at 2:30 in the morning, and Kima greeted us with the friendliest face. We felt welcome right away. Coral's kindness at the end of our stay left us with a lovely last impression, too. The staff were phenomenal, breakfast was great, and our family enjoyed staying here.

The pool was a fun feature, starting inside and continuing outdoors, and the free hot breakfast was a definite plus. They checked us in early, which got the stay off to a great start. Our updated room was very clean, and the friendly staff were always around when we needed something. The service was amazing. If you’re in the area, this place is a must.

I felt unsafe and that my privacy had been violated when staff entered my room without proper confirmation. Guests should have complete privacy until they officially check out. It seems the app system and the on-site staff were not communicating clearly, and that disconnect led to a serious privacy breach during my stay. Management acknowledged what happened, but it exposed a serious failure in communication and accountability. Future guests should be cautious and not assume the room is secure until they have formally checked out. I sincerely hope the hotel acts quickly so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
