The 404 Hotel

The manager went above and beyond before, during, and after our stay, and check-in was simple and secure with the door code. The 404 Hotel is in a very walkable spot, with lots of food and bars nearby. Our room was spacious, and the loft was a fun feature. It was a big plus to have a parking spot included in the price. I also loved the in-room coffee machine and the almond milk creamer, fruit, and snack bars in the hallway. I’d recommend staying here.

With only a few rooms, the 404 feels like a home away from home. The staff clearly take pride in looking after this unique little hotel. Kellie greeted me and was so sweet and helpful throughout my stay. I had a wonderful time. The place has a cozy, chic look that mixes rustic and modern style, and I’d highly recommend it for a Nashville visit.

My room was such a cool place to unwind that I actually looked forward to getting back to it after meetings. I came to Nashville from San Francisco and nearly missed the hotel because I couldn’t find it at first. Once I did, I knew I’d try to stay there whenever I’m in town. It has just five rooms, plus a phenomenal restaurant and a great bar. Even Nashville regulars I spoke with didn’t know there was a hotel there. The personal touches were excellent, and I’ve never stayed in a hotel room I was so reluctant to leave. I travel a lot for work and usually end up in the same standard business hotels, with their quiet, impersonal hallways. I’d jokingly asked the person who books my trips to surprise me, and this was a great surprise. Business or personal, I think you’ll love it.

We stayed at The 404 Hotel from 9/16-9/20, and the King Suite with Loft was amazing. The hotel has a neat concept, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Although the service is described as “invisible,” that wasn’t a problem at all. Kelly, who runs the hotel, was always available when we reached out. She gave us recommendations and even helped print our airline tickets, which made the stay that much better. We’d recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville or exploring The Gulch.
