The Grove 3 by Avantstay Music Row at Your Door

We had a great view of Vanderbilt U lawn space in a nice neighborhood, and the place was great for a group. It was newly built only 2 years ago, with 6 washrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dishwashers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. There are a lot of stairs, and the rain shower was weak, but neither was a big deal.

We loved the location and could walk to midtown, Broadway, Belmont, and 12 south. If you don’t mind walking, you’re near everywhere you’d want to be in Nashville. Our Uber rides to DT Broadway were about $12, and there are coffee shops nearby too. The place was quiet, with very little street traffic, in a nice neighborhood. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the balcony was huge, and there were plenty of towels and extra sheets for the pull-out couch. All four bedrooms had their own full bathroom, which made it fantastic for a larger party. The downside is street parking is limited to 2 hours, so you have to pay to park behind the building. The lot is close, at the back door. I have nothing bad to say and would recommend this place time and time again.

There was so much room for everyone to be comfortable, and the accommodations were very clean. The rooftop was an unexpected delight. Staff were helpful, including when we needed to get the wi-fi working. It was a wonderful experience.

This property is clean and has all the space a larger group could want. There’s a full kitchen, and the bars and restaurants of midtown are within walking distance. The property manager was easy to work with and replied quickly to all our questions. I’ll be back, this is the one!
