A really clean little family-run inn, and the rates are very reasonable. The owners were so accommodating and went out of their way to help us. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, Arkansas.

I booked a king room last night because I was too tired to drive home. The place felt very old, and the rules were ridiculous. I only found out about the bed bug infestation this morning, after waking up itching badly and seeing bites all over my face, arms, and neck. I won’t be back.
For the price, it’s a very good deal, and I have no complaints. Don’t be fooled by how it looks outside, it’s much better and safer than it appears. Worth considering if you’re short on money or trying to save on a trip.
We left as soon as we walked into the room. We arrived unexpectedly at 3:30 am, and the sign said the rooms were new. The man charged us $60 for a non-smoking room from 3:30 am until 11, which felt like a rip-off, but we were stuck after the other hotel we planned to use had serious cleanliness problems despite costing $110 a night. My wife, daughter, niece, and I weren’t expecting much, but the room smelled like cigarettes. The drywall was coming loose where three screws held it to the wall, the carpet was badly worn, and the sheets had an unknown white substance on them. There were brown stains or dirt on the towels, female hairs in the sink, and the toilet tank lid was too small for the toilet. I asked the gentleman for a refund, and he said he didn’t give refunds. This felt like a scam aimed at tourists, and the owner seemed like a scam artist. So much for a therapeutic vacation. It was the worst place I’ve ever been, and I was in the military. I don’t recommend it.
The staff were kind, it was quiet in room 121, and nobody bothered us. The bathroom was clean, the microwave and fridge were clean, and the AC and heat worked great. The fridge could be a little loud, but it wasn’t a big deal. I liked the hard tile-like floors. The bed sounded like it was on tin, though, and there were cobwebs, dust, and even someone’s lighter behind it, despite this being a non-smoking room. I’d stay again, but they advertise $45 a night when it’s $60, or $55 after the key deposit is returned.
