The Lofts at 107

I’m giving it only one star for location because Google wouldn’t let me post a review otherwise. The lofts are in a great spot, but Unit #2 is awful to stay in. It’s right by Chiefs' rooftop bar, with unbelievably loud music until 2 AM. Then for the next two hours they’re disposing of glass bottles and trash. Even headphones couldn’t drown it out, so be warned if you want to sleep. At 5 AM, construction starts directly below the window. Right on time. There’s also a major leak in the upstairs ceiling. Water has come through and made the paint peel and chip. The apartment’s ventilation system looks like it hasn’t been maintained in about 20 years, with dust and cobwebs everywhere. The washing machine seems neglected too. It sounds like a drummer is practicing in the kitchen, doing a Metallica drum roll. Don’t be fooled by shiny things. I was so disappointed that I left after two of the four nights. Stay at the Radisson over by Assembly Food Hall instead. It’s still close to everything on Broadway, wayyy cheaper, and in a great location.
