Hampton Inn & Suites Natchez

We stayed at The Hampton Inn in Natchez over Thanksgiving and had a great visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Staff were always available, professional, friendly, and helpful. We’ll definitely come back.

The water pressure was so poor I could barely shower or use the sink, and that one issue really affected the stay. I was told it was caused by water pipes down the road, but after talking with other people, I wondered if they were just telling me what I wanted to hear so I wouldn’t complain. I can’t say the rooms themselves are bad. I travel more than 200 nights a year in Hilton Hotels, and what I ask for is a decent shower, working HVAC, and a bed and pillows that are reasonably good to sleep on. A TV is nice but not essential. That shouldn’t be too much to expect when prices can be high, sometimes over $200, for a mediocre room. I hope the water problem gets fixed.

My family and I enjoyed the free breakfast during the few days we stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites. The staff were welcoming and checked whether we needed anything whenever they were on our floor or passing through. Thanks for the great work!

Guests Services were top notch, and I had a great stay. The hotel has recently been renovated, with a nice modern look in both the lobby and room. I’d read about other guests having A/C and noise problems, but I had neither. My third-floor room stayed nice and cold, and it was quiet even with the hotel fully booked. All the bathroom fixtures worked, and the bed and, especially, the pillows were comfortable. A spare blanket in the closet would’ve helped, and most of the washcloths are due for replacement, but those were minor things.
