Tanya made the whole visit feel special, from arranging an early check-in to leaving fresh flowers in a lovely vase on our bathroom vanity. She communicates so well and clearly cares about her guests. We stayed in Monica's Room, while our son and his wife had the Professional Suite, and both accommodations were exceptional. Tanya is a wonderful example of Southern Hospitality. We'll be back.

There are lots of restaurants within six blocks, plus two coffee shops you can walk to. The Monica room is a nice place for two, about the size of a hotel room. Tanya, the owner, was very nice when I spoke with her by phone. She replies to texts quickly, let us check in early, and shared plenty of good dining tips.

Tanya is a SUPERHOST, and the location makes it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The Main House has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a very nice kitchen with just about everything needed to make dinner. The Carriage House and Professional suites are great too, with two especially cozy bedrooms upstairs.

Monica's room was such a cozy, comfortable place. I especially liked the balcony and outdoor seating, along with the comfy king-size bed and modern flat showerhead. Tanya is a really nice hostess, and I think you'd enjoy staying there. Highly recommend!!!

Tanya was kind and helpful. We found the Professional Suite quiet and clean, with plenty of space, a kitchenette, and a separate living room. The king bed was very comfortable, and it's close to downtown.
