The rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk service has been hit or miss for me. On a previous visit, I was told there was a non-negotiable $150 deposit for one night on a non-refundable reservation. That seemed absurd. This time I had a great guy who worked with me. What are the others doing with my deposit, playing online casino or trading?

The location was perfect for what we needed, with lots of food nearby. You can also get around easily by bus or train, though be aware there are walkers in the area. The women who cleaned our room were very sweet. Breakfast was really basic: pastries, orange juice, apple juice, coffee with powdered creamer, cereal with milk, and an orange. There was a smell when we turned off the air, and the bathroom noise was crazy, whether we were showering or the neighbors were using the hot water.

Parking feels secure since the office is right by the entrance. Inside the property felt much safer than most lower-priced options in San Diego, even if the area just outside gets a little sketchy at night. Little Italy feels less safe too. I usually stay in hotel circle, but this place was better than those hotels. It was very clean, with daily room cleaning and fresh linens. Staff were friendly, and there are lots of food choices in the neighborhood.

The room was as expected, clean and nice, with a good bed 🔥🙏. We had an awesome time and will clearly be back next year. Thanks for the service! It was a bit far from our main event, Twitchcon, but even though the price was expensive, it was one of the best available at the time. Service was good, and towels were changed often. I was a little disappointed by the limited hotel utilities, coffee, cereal, and juice. They were often empty, or the coffee was cold, and the door was closed after a certain hour so we couldn't use them.
