A staff member even tried to jump-start our car using his own, which was incredibly thoughtful. That help made a stressful situation much easier, and everyone we spoke with was kind and supportive. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a calm, welcoming feel that we appreciated after a long day of driving. We left with a great impression of Hampton Inn and would happily stay again.

The hot breakfast was good, though there wasn't a breakfast-to-go bag. Our room was spacious, and someone gave us a helpful recommendation for local food delivery. I liked the outdoor furniture enough to wish we could stay longer, but we had a schedule to keep. One problem: the USB ports didn't work, so our phones weren't charged in the morning.

Our plans ran into an unexpected snag, and April handled it with patience, kindness, and flexibility. She made a stressful situation much easier and left us with a great impression of the hotel and the brand. We'll stay at the Hampton Inn next time we're in Needles.

The hotel is newer and well cared for, and my room was comfortable. Breakfast was great, too. I arrived early, and the front desk woman kindly let me check in ahead of time, which I appreciated. There's no pool yet, but they said one is planned. I'd stay here again.

After a full day driving across the Mojave Desert, this was a welcome place to rest. The hotel sits between I-40 and Needles Hwy, but don't let that put you off. Our first-floor room on the Needles Hwy side was surprisingly quiet, and traffic had slowed down by about 9 pm on Friday. We usually stay at Hampton Inns, and this had the nicest refrigerator we've found at any hotel. It has a separate freezer, like at home, so we could freeze our freezer bags for the next day's drive. The hotel is fairly new, and the staff were friendly.
