I stayed when the previous husband-and-wife team were running the place, and they were great. Now it feels totally ghetto. An ex-tenant even told me the front desk once took food stamps instead of rent. The location isn’t even on the Value Place website. Stay away, and I’d recommend staying in another part of Las Vegas altogether.

I lost four days and $323.62 on a horrible stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and no one on staff could fix it. At first they denied there was a problem, then lied about what was going on. A manager was disrespectful and hung up on me. They also overcharged me as I was checking out. Very poor management and useless Wi-Fi.

I’ve been inside before. My boyfriend and his son live there, on the first floor by the exit door, facing the other hotel. I can’t say anything about customer service.
