The people working there were welcoming, pleasant, and professional the whole time, and I'd gladly return. I spent a business week at the hotel, and everything worked as it should. Breakfast had a great range of choices, with hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. That gave me time to eat before an early meeting without rushing. I also used the gym and pool regularly. Both were clean and looked after, and all the equipment worked well. For a work trip in the US, it was a reliable stay with good service.

Junior at the front desk was really nice and polite. He helped us get the roll Papa's with the road, and helped with anything we needed to do. I'd recommend staying there when he's working. Thank you so much for the hospitality, and for a clean place. Have a good night.

A problem came up later that night, and while it wasn't completely within the staff's control, they went out of their way to sort it out. Angel at the front desk was especially helpful. Earlier, they had also handled my early check-in request with a friendly attitude. Everyone we met was lovely, and I had a wonderful stay a few weeks ago.

I had a three-day work trip here after traveling from EWR. The property was very well maintained, and the staff were kind and considerate. When I needed something shipped at the last minute for work, they had the package ready with a note as soon as it arrived. The drive to the airport is a bit long, so keep that in mind if you're flying out of EWR. Otherwise, I can't think of anything negative. It was a breath of fresh air.

We come here whenever we travel North, and we'll be back. It's easy to reach, with a nice place to eat nearby. Our room was clean and ready early, and Moline did a great job. Check-in was quick, and Junior was friendly, courteous, and professional. He helped us set up the digital key and gave us a hard key too, which made this old person feel better. He also gave us useful directions and reminded us about breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, and the kitchen staff deserve credit too.
