The outdoor space was so beautiful and peaceful, though we didn't have time to enjoy it. We came from Pennsylvania and stayed in the Falling Waters room, which looks onto a little waterfall. At night, we opened the windows and the rushing water was a perfect sound machine. The room is tiny, but there was enough space for all our clothes. Just watch out, the water can get extremely hot. Upstairs, the shared area was even better than we expected: whimsical, comfortable, and adorable, with a full kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and a back deck. The continental breakfast had everything we could imagine and more. We didn't get to meet Prya, the owner, but had a lovely breakfast and story-sharing with other guests. My husband booked the place, and I was so pleased with it. The only drawback I can think of is that some parts of the property would be hard to navigate with limited mobility. It's two blocks from town, with a walkway directly across the street. We were there for just a weekend for our niece's wedding, but managed to do so much it felt like a whole week. I'd highly recommend Flume's End, though it might spoil you for other B&Bs.

Clean, friendly, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the flume and river right outside the bedroom window. It's ideally located for walks into Nevada City or out to hiking trails.

The breakfast setup was cute and wonderfully over the top, we loved it. Priya was such a kind, welcoming host, and the accommodations were a joy. Town is only a few minutes away on foot, but it was just as tempting to relax with a book beside their stretch of creek. If you want a slower pace and a little calm with nature, just outside town and Broad Street, I highly recommend staying here.

The creek and little waterfall right outside our room made for one of the best views we've had at any B&B, except for one. We could sit out on the deck and enjoy the scenery. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the place was in a quiet neighborhood just 0.2 miles from downtown Nevada City. One of our top five B&B stays.

This is an older house turned into an Airbnb, with comfortable, very nice rooms. Downtown is about a two-minute walk. The host, Priya, knows the area well and shared information about hiking spots, venues, and the surrounding area.
