The meal was good, though I can't remember exactly what I ordered. What sticks with me is sitting outside beneath a shady tree with food I enjoyed. I've eaten at hemlock's restaurant a few times now and have liked it every time. The servers are lovely, too. They're kind and somehow remember which drink you had even a month later. The place has a pleasant feel, more like an upscale spa than a hotel, and better than that description probably makes it sound.

We came to Hemlock Neversink for my husband's birthday and left feeling wonderfully relaxed. The spa has a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, and the somatic movement and yoga classes helped us stay loose. He had a men's facial, while I tried a body clay wrap. My skin felt softer than it ever has, and thanks to Carol for that! We also loved the prix fixe dinner at Bittersweet. The chef was so talented, playing with flavors and textures on a seasonal menu that changes over time. It's a beautiful, peaceful getaway in the Catskills, and every staff member was friendly and did so much to make our stay comfortable.

The food was fresh, delicious, and full of interesting recipes, and the restaurant staff were so attentive. My wife and I don't usually have fancy dinners, so it was lovely to have one right there. The room was cozy and cute, and there was plenty to keep us active. We especially liked morning yoga in that beautiful space, the candle making workshop, and walking with the goats. There were trails and lots of room to wander, plus a cute pool room, a gorgeous relaxation room, and a really nice gym with interesting equipment. The staff, including Rose, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. We're from the West Coast and have family upstate, so we flew into JFK and stopped at Neversink on the way. We loved the stay and highly recommend it.

The goat hike was such a fun, unusual outing, and we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves a lot of the time, which made them feel especially relaxing. The spa amenities were great. My boyfriend loved his Sports Recovery Massage, and Taylor did an amazing, thoughtful job with my Seasonal Body Polish. Dinner at Bittersweet was delicious, too. Our room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and made us feel looked after throughout. I'm already thinking of making this an annual stay.

We spent five days at Hemlock for our anniversary, and in eleven years together, we've never had a nicer couples' vacation. The staff made the trip especially memorable. At the front desk, Marissa, Ryan, and Rose helped us every day, including with things we hadn't thought to ask for. Andrew and Payton led great arts and crafts classes, Joe and Megan took us on informative hikes with her goats, and Irene made stargazing with her telescope awesome. Dio, Zoey, Brandon, and Zack were the best servers, and the chefs at Bittersweet, Dante, Tony, Niko, and the rest of the kitchen, made incredible meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious. Carol also deserves a shout-out for the most incredible full-body massage. I felt like melted butter on the table afterward. The resort was peaceful and beautiful during our snowy week in December, with a stunning pool and spa and a very comfortable relaxation room right next door. Each day had fun things to do, including crafts and goat hikes. It has the feel of a bougie adult daycare, in the best way. Thank you all for going out of your way to make the vacation so good. We aren't exaggerating when we say it was the most memorable trip we've ever had, and we appreciate the whole team so much.
