The staff were phenomenal, and the price was good. My room felt luxurious and was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Easily one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Since the room opened directly outside, conversations from people outdoors carried in. The shower also drained slowly. Still, everything was clean and comfortable, and I’d stay again if I needed to.

We’d booked two rooms for three days, and they were exceptionally clean. I didn’t see a single bug. Around 2:30 pm on day three, we realized we didn’t need to stay that night. A few hours after checkout time, the manager D? Patel refunded the third night without us even asking. Awesome customer service.

This place is falling apart. The room smelled strongly of mildew, the A/C rattled loudly, and there were dead bugs, trash scattered around, blood spatter on the wall, and a broken deadbolt. There were no smoke detectors, fire alarms, or sprinklers. The hair dryer didn’t work at all and seemed dangerous. A bare knife and several containers of lighter fluid sat on the stairwell for days, even after we told staff. One staff member was incredibly rude, lied about whether a room was available, and on several occasions stood in the walkways staring at my partner and me. I reported the serious code violations to the fire Marshall. Book somewhere else.
