My two-year-old daughter found an insulin needle with medicine in it in the room and brought it to me while I was on the bed. I was relieved she didn't play with it, but there's no way to know what was inside. If it was insulin and she had taken it, she could have ended up in a coma or worse. The staff barely seemed to care. They tossed it out and sort of laughed while I was trying not to cry and holding my little one. We were there for a week, and the rooms were never cleaned. My husband, who works construction, came back from work at 5 p.m. to find we had no clean towels. We were told there weren't any, and when I went to the lobby again at 7, they were still out and rude to both of us. He finally got towels at 11 that night. They also tried to charge us twice. The front desk women were incredibly rude to me and everyone else, and some of housekeeping were the same. I can't believe the way they treated people. Do not book here.

The pool was nothing like the online photos. It was dirty and mildewed, with rubbish scattered around, including a whole pizza left on the ground. In our room, the shower curtain had mold, the towels were stained, and the bed linens were dirty. There was no hot water when I tried to shower at night or again in the morning. The whole hotel smelled strongly of weed. Check-in dragged on, and although there were lots of staff around, nobody seemed able to help. The staff were unprofessional. Our stay was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it.

They kept my $100 deposit, claiming we stained the sheets, towels, and comforter. I didn't use their towels because they looked like something I'd clean my house with, and I brought my own blanket, so I had no reason to use theirs. When I asked to see the items, they rushed them down the laundry chute before I could look. The police told me they respond to the same kind of call from different people several times a week. Rooms stink here. Spend another $10 or $15 for a better hotel. You're welcome.

The worst part was discovering our checkbook had been stolen from the room. More than $3,500 has been taken from our account so far, and we don't yet know the full amount. The GM doesn't arrive until after 11 a.m., which is fine, but at least call me. It's interesting that they only reply to positive reviews. The room and service were both horrible. The room wasn't cleaned even though cleaning staff had been in it, the AC barely worked, and the bedding was stained and clearly hadn't been washed after the previous guests. When I asked maintenance to fix the shower, he said it would still work even if the knob came off. Then he came back to repair it while we were trying to shower and get ready for bed.
