Getting there was easy, and the room felt roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had lots of towels. No problems at all.

The staff were helpful, breakfast was delicious each morning, and everything was very clean. I had a great two-night stay and would come back.

That bed was painfully uncomfortable. It's the worst one I've slept on, and I woke up sore, so I wouldn't return since a comfortable bed is my main reason for having a room. I was exhausted after traveling to New Braunfels and needed to nap before seeing relatives. They let me check in early, but charged $50 for about four extra hours even though the hotel wasn't full. That seemed steep, close to another night's rate, but I paid because I needed sleep. The front desk person was pleasant, and I didn't need any other services. It was quiet inside and out, which I appreciated. Breakfast was fine. I mainly wanted coffee, and they had that along with cereal, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, juice, and pastries. The price is reasonable and the location is good.

The room stayed nice and cold, and both the AC and the in-room fridge and microwave worked well. The front desk was very nice and handled our requests promptly. We didn't mind the beds, and the pillows were quite comfortable. Dove toiletries were a nice touch, and the area seemed safe and clean. We were in town to take the family to Schlitterbahn, which is a quick drive away. The free breakfast was just right for getting everyone out the door early. It's not luxurious, but we felt we got what we paid for. Two nights here cost considerably less than one night at the Schlitterbahn resort.
