The room and bathroom were so spacious and VERY CLEAN, and the deal and location were hard to beat. The place is GORGEOUS!!!! The owner was super sweet and accommodating. I actually felt like I owed her more money 😊. I never write reviews, but this find deserved one. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Our suite at the High Cotton Inn was gorgeous, with windows overlooking the quaint street below, lined with restaurants and boutiques. It’s close to the river too, so getting out to float is easy. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Gruene, New Braunfels, and the hill country. It was my first time in Gruene, TX, and I loved the cozy, upscale town. I found the inn online and contacted Patsy, who was incredibly nice and accommodating. She gave us great suggestions for places to eat and areas to explore.

We’ve stayed here eight times and tried all the rooms. The suites are spotless, airy, pretty, and easy to get to. Being here feels like being at home without any responsibilities. We can do nothing, walk out for coffee, or have a glass of wine, and all our favorite restaurants are nearby. I always think I should try somewhere different on a trip, but I love this inn and wish we could stay longer.

I’m so glad I came in, and honestly thankful the flood put me out of my house. The floorplan is gorgeous and spacious, with great views and a super clean room. The beds are comfy, the TV is big and has cable, there’s a full size fridge, and the walk in shower is huge.

Read the Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE once you make a reservation, and I’m out almost $300. I’ve never booked a hotel room where the deposit wasn't refunded when canceling within the allowed time frame. I'm very disappointed with the policy and will never stay here again.
