Homewood Suites By Hilton New Braunfels

We had many wedding guests stay here during my son’s wedding weekend, and everything went smoothly. The group booking staff were fantastic, and arranging the room block was easy and stress-free. Our guests told us the staff were friendly and helpful and that the rooms were clean and comfortable. We’re grateful to the team for making the weekend more enjoyable, and would recommend them for group bookings or special events.

Our room was spacious and had a ceiling fan, which we liked, but unfortunately there was no safe. The laundry area is available for guests, though there’s no soap to buy. Breakfast was okay; we brought our own French Vanilla since they only had regular creamers. We were first assigned a ground-floor room near the pool and basketball court, but asked to move to the fourth floor. The rooftop bar area at the bar in the next building was a little noisy late at night.

The staff were incredible, friendly, and welcoming, and the AC was cold. Our room wasn’t ready, so they switched us to another one at the last minute. I think it was pet-friendly, and I could definitely tell from the smell. My family felt itchy the next day, though I don’t know what caused that. The beds weren’t great either. Breakfast had cream cheese but no bagels, and the eggs were bland. They did have lots of bacon, which was great, though the juice took forever to fill a cup. It was fine for two days.

We went with the family and had amazing service. There were a few issues in some of the other rooms my family stayed in, but our room was problem-free. It was very clean and had a premium feel, so I’ve really liked it so far.
