The pool and hot tub were beautiful, and there’s a nice little fitness room too. Our room was big, and breakfast was decent, though I wish it went past 9 AM. We’re here in a blizzard, and the staff are doing a great job clearing and keeping the sidewalks and parking lots safe. 10 out of 10, I’d recommend it.

The breakfast was a real highlight for me. There were lots of choices, including chicken carnitas breakfast tacos, and it was some of the best free hotel breakfast I’ve had. Our kitchen was stocked well, though we barely used it. We had a one-bedroom king suite on the fifth floor, which seemed newly renovated. Everything looked and smelled brand new. It was a little smaller than I expected, but still manageable for our family of four. The pool and hot tub stay open until 11, so we went down around 9:45 hoping for a quiet soak before bed. It was empty when we checked, but after we got changed and had been in the hot tub for about ten minutes, four kids came in to swim. They were loud, but we stayed at first. Within another 5-10 minutes, the whole team was there, with no parents around. It got too noisy, so we left. My BF had a migraine coming on, which was one reason we went to the hot tub, and the noise made it much worse. We’re a hockey family and have traveled for tournaments regularly over the past six years, so we know the usual antics. We’ve always had a 10pm curfew for our kids, set by the hotel most of the time, or by coaches and parents when needed. I thought that was pretty standard and considerate, but this hotel apparently doesn’t have a curfew for hockey kids. I’d recommend staying Sunday through Wednesday. I’d avoid Thursday through Saturday if a kids’ team might be there, unless the hotel starts enforcing a curfew.

The breakfast was amazing, seriously the best I’ve had at a hotel. I stayed four nights, and the room was fantastic. They’re renovating the fifth floor right now, as of Jan. 8th 2026. The internet was around 400Mbps, which is insane for a hotel.

The breakfast cook and the rest of the staff were friendly and nice. There was breakfast every morning, and I’ll be back for that, then post pictures. Some young kids and teenagers were running through the halls on Friday or Saturday night, but that happens everywhere. My only complaint is the cold outside, and they likely can’t do anything about that.

The room was really great. The trash cans for residents need an update, though. Small bins just don’t cut it anymore when people eat out and have families.
