The front desk staff were great, but everything else was a letdown. My first room was on a floor with mattresses propped along the hallway walls. In the next room, furniture was left in the hall and metal bars were in front of my door. I was exhausted and tried to sleep anyway, but at 10:22 I woke to pounding and drilling. The desk told me work on that floor was finished. The hotel itself was a problem, and its location didn’t match the picture shown in the Priceline ad. I asked for a refund because of the noise and the items in the halls, but the manager refused to refund any of the four nights I’d paid for. I left for another hotel without those problems. I paid twice for one stay, but leaving was worth it.

The location was convenient, but the stay was far below what I expect from Best Western. I’ve stayed at more than 20 of them, and this was the most disappointing. The refrigerator never worked over the weekend; I reported it each day and was told nothing could be done. The bed sagged badly, the rollaway was rusty, and there weren’t enough towels for everyone in the room. The cash vending machine kept the change, and the hotel seemed short-staffed during a busy holiday weekend when it was supposedly sold out. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes these problems for future guests. Stay Dates: October 10-13, 2025 Confirmation #: 271476354

I arrived at 2 and was told early check-in would cost $35. Then other women came in after me and weren’t told the same thing. Apparently you need to be friends with the front desk girl to be treated pleasantly and avoid the fee. I’m not paying $35 for an early check-in at a Best Western. This place isn’t luxury, and they weren’t even packed or busy. I won’t stay here again.

Lex at the front office handled a difficult situation with real empathy and care. The customer service was fantastic, and I had a great stay. Really enjoyed the experience, keep up the amazing work.

I canceled by phone two days ahead, but they marked the booking as a no-show, charged me anyway, and refused to refund me. Their manager is always out of the office. Disgusting way to do business, stay away from this shady hotel.
