Maria M made a stressful late-night arrival much easier. Our bus had broken down, and nearly 30 of us got in close to midnight after a day trip to NYC, including a lot of very tired kids. She checked us in quickly and professionally, and offered to find whatever might help. The hotel was clean, and the other employees were lovely too. Thanks so much to Maria M for looking after us.

The gym was spacious and better than average, and the rooms were clean and decent. But the highway nearby made things VERY NOISY. The restaurant food was poor, with small portions for high prices, and there wasn't any free coffee in the lobby.

We got two king rooms next to each other for the price of one, which worked for our family since our daughter was old enough for that arrangement. We were lucky to have a room at the back, where highway noise wasn't an issue. Other families from our travel softball team had rooms facing the highway and struggled to sleep. There were several travel teams staying, and the hotel had overbooked. Families who had reserved two queens were instead offered a king and pullout couch, or told they could go to another hotel. Another family said the front desk gentleman promised half off their room on the evening of 10/25/25 and entered a note in the computer. At checkout the next morning, the note was gone and they were charged the full amount, with no manager available to help. The building itself was newer and clean.

During my one-night stay in the week of my birthday, the team left a bag of treats and a handwritten birthday card in my room. Such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated it. A big thank you to everyone there.
