The room got really cold at night and woke me up, and the hallway was cold too. It’s a nice place, but maintenance needs work, and they should make sure there are enough supplies for guests who want to use the coffee machine. The hotel is on a back road, about a mile and a half in, so it was hard to find on my first trip. Be ready for the walk if you don’t have a car. Customer service could improve, especially if staff spoke English instead of relying on Google Translate. They also need to be more efficient and tell guests when they’re bringing clean linen.

The room was outdated and the bathroom dirty. We’d broken down, and the tow truck driver took us there. They charged my credit card a $100 deposit that wasn’t supposed to be charged. Definitely not a good experience.

The room itself was decent and the bed comfortable, but the shower was very slippery with no handrails, and the two towels were tiny. Though the rooms are called smoke-free, the halls smelled strongly of pot. There was also a rusty car with no plates and two flat tires in the first outdoor parking space. I’ve never had staff treat me so rudely. They require a $100 cash deposit and inspect the room before you check out. My ID and credit card disappeared behind the counter, so I’ll be checking my statement. My bank declined two of the three charges, which is why I had to pay the deposit in cash. There were two pages of rules to sign. Read them first, or it could cost you money from your deposit.

It was my auntie’s birthday, and four of us were in the room celebrating when they kicked us out for having “too many people.” The woman next door had her husband and four kids, who were twice as loud as us, under the same accommodations, and they were allowed to stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re trying to shelter more than three people.
