The colorful buildings are quirky and cute, and give the place some personality. Service was great and the location was just right. For a motel-style property, the room actually surprised us in a good way. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the TV was great. The price felt a little high for the room, but I’d rather pay that and feel comfortable than worry about cleanliness. I’d definitely stay here again.

I’ve been back three times in two years, and I really like this place. It’s quaint and clean, and costs less than other options in New Hope. The rooms are dated, but I think that adds to the charm. For me it’s a good place to sleep without paying for extra amenities I wouldn’t use. There’s a restaurant on site, though I’ve never eaten there. I know where I’ll stay on my next trip.

The room had a horrible smell, somewhere between mothballs and cigarette smoke, and the door barely shut. Outside, the balcony deck was filthy and the metal chairs were rusty. It was a complete dump, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

I love coming to New Hope, and this is the only place we stay. The rooms are cozy, quaint, and clean, and the staff always make us feel welcome. It’s less than five minutes from downtown. Be sure to stop at the bar for a drink before heading out. I love this place!

The location is good, but the room didn’t feel worth what we paid. Its small, old bathroom had a rusty sink, and the furniture in the room needs maintenance.
