I ended up leaving just five minutes after arriving and am still out almost $200. I booked through Expedia for an October 2025 visit to see old Army friends. The bed sheets, pillows, and mattress cover had visible marks and stains, with holes in the cover, and the room smelled sour. There was also a gap in the door frame wide enough for people passing by to look into the room, which made me seriously concerned about safety and privacy. I spoke with the manager about a refund and was told one would be issued once Expedia processed the payment. Two months later, there was still no refund. I disputed the charge, but because the hotel marked the stay as completed, I couldn’t dispute the stay itself. I contacted Expedia, but the manager refused to speak with them, so they couldn’t resolve my issue. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else or paying a bit more for a better room. Avoid this place.

I checked out just two hours after arriving and wouldn’t stay here again. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, and all its handles were bad. The room phone was dead, and the TV remote had no batteries. She brought batteries after I walked around to find her, but the TV still didn’t work. I had to call from my cell and leave a voicemail. There wasn’t even a smoke detector in the room. This feels like a disaster waiting to happen.

The bathroom floor was dirty, and both beds looked old, with a comforter that seemed dirty too. The room itself was badly dated, and the carpet was disgusting, with what looked like old stains and no sign it had been vacuumed. There were two fridges, but one didn’t work. In the morning, I found old clothes and trash behind one of the beds, along with cigarette butts, even though it was a non-smoking room.

We left and got a refund through booking.com, and I told the hotel they should update the pictures so this doesn’t happen to someone else. I found it on booking.com, where the photos looked nice. I didn’t need anything fancy, and the lobby being different from the pictures seemed understandable, since they might have been old. The woman at the counter was nice, but they gave us directions to the wrong side of the building for our room. There was a lot of construction, and people seemed to live there and hang out outside, though I initially thought that was okay. The room was nothing like the listing photos. There were holes in the ceiling and wall, and the AC unit was dirty and moldy. The bathroom had mold all over the tub, walls, and ceiling. I had my one-year-old with me, and there was no way I was putting her in that disgusting room. I asked the office for a refund, and they offered a different room, which I declined. They had me call booking.com, and I did get my money back. I’d never stay here.
