The courtyard and location were the only real positives. The condition of the rooms was poor: dirty or stained sheets, mold on the shower liners and bed skirts, broken furniture, and a metal pipe taped to the bathroom window. The outside doors had no weatherstripping. Service was just as frustrating. At our 4pm check-in, nobody was there and the room keypad didn’t work. We called five times and emailed the helpline without hearing back, then had to reach the sister property to get a physical key. I saw a receptionist consistently on just one day of our five-day stay, and getting the sister location on the phone was otherwise a struggle. Housekeeping and fresh towels were offered only on day two. They also offer valet parking, but it took 30-45 minutes to drive one mile. They ate half a pack of gum I’d left in the car. Water wasn’t reliably available in the lobby, and on the hottest day of the week it wasn’t offered at all.

We felt safe the whole time, and the staff were consistently warm and welcoming. The location was handy, close to everything in the quarter, and valet service was prompt. I came with my daughter for her 21st birthday, and I’d stay here again. The lobby door was loud at night, though earplugs would have taken care of it, and there weren’t any hair dryers available.

Management didn’t seem to care when I raised the condition of the place with the manager. Other guests I spoke with were frustrated too. I was told they hadn’t fully rehired staff after the pandemic, and the lack of upkeep and attention showed throughout. The property felt neglected and run down, and the rooms were dirty, worn, and below even basic standards. It’s hard to believe they still rent them out. I’ve had few hotel stays this bad. You’d be better off at a cheap roadside motel. Save your time and money and stay somewhere else.

A filthy rip-off. There were crumbs and debris on the floor, and someone else’s pubic hairs under the reused sheets. The price was relatively low, sure, but I still wasn’t okay paying anything for a room like that. At least at other places you can talk to someone and try to get it resolved. Here, they hid and wouldn’t answer the phone, leaving me stuck. If I left, I’d still have the expense, and if I stayed, I’d have to put up with the hairs. I thought disputing the charge with my credit card company was justified, but the place did make sure to charge me. They made an effort to collect payment, but not to provide a clean place to sleep.
