Oakwood At 930 Poydras

The rooftop saltwater pool and sundeck are where I spend most weekends. It’s a lovely place to sit and lose track of the afternoon, and my cat seems genuinely comfortable in this pet-friendly building. Jo even pointed out a better lease renewal rate that I’d missed, which was a nice surprise. I’ve lived in several New Orleans apartments, but this is the first where moving out doesn’t cross my mind. Dinner, Rouses, and the Caesars Superdome on game days are all an easy walk.

Getting around by car is easy, with I-10 only a few blocks away and the metro area within convenient reach. I was also nervous at first about bringing my cat, but the place has been welcoming from the start, including pet events. Jo handled my renewal last month, and it was the smoothest lease process I’ve had.

Ashley got me settled in less than a week when I needed an apartment quickly for my transfer to UMC. She explained the leasing steps clearly and kept the paperwork and usual hassle to a minimum. The apartment has a nice loft feel, with concrete floors, big windows, and an open layout. I’m really glad it worked out.

The parking alone makes 930 Poydras worth it, and the apartment itself feels like real luxury. I like that the sky lobby works as a coworking spot with wifi, and my two cats nap on the concrete windowsills. It’s close to the French Quarter but far enough away from the chaos. I’ve lived in three other CBD apartments, and this place is on another level.
