From our first phone call through checkout, the staff treated us like a priority. Glenn, I think that was his name, handled our luggage, brought cold drinks, walked us to our room, and shared information to help our family enjoy the French Quarter. The rooms were comfortable and roomy enough for the family, and breakfast was decent. We'd recommend this Quality Inn.

I was in town for a medical conference and had a really good stay. This isn't the Roosevelt, but it doesn't cost Roosevelt prices either. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful. A small check-in mistake led to a free upgrade to a suite, which is great customer service. Breakfast was included and good. They gave me bandaids for my sore feet and let me use their computer to check in for my flight and print my boarding pass. I had no issues with my valuables. Maybe another reviewer had too much to drink on Bourbon Street and forgot what they spent? I paid $89 a night, except for Friday at $99, and think it's hard to go wrong at that price. Highly recommend. Ask for a higher floor to avoid street noise.

The bed was incredibly firm, so hard I didn't know beds like that were still made. The room was clean but could get noisy, so bring earplugs. Breakfast was okay, though not great. Still, this is probably one of the best hotel deals near the French Quarter, especially with the AAA discount. The staff were all great and helpful, and they use a local garage that charges $17 a night with unlimited in-and-out access. I'd stay again because the price was such a good deal.

Glenn greeted and helped us every day for four days like clockwork. He was the best hotel worker, butler, nice guy, and all-around kind person my wife and I have ever met. George at the front desk was also helpful and accommodating. Everyone checked in to ask how we were and whether we were having fun, and the general manager was around, working hard and quick to help or see how we were doing. The hotel and rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable, with a nice breakfast. It's a hidden gem right in the French Quarter, just two blocks or a 2-3 minute walk from Bourbon Street and everything else. We'll be back, thanks.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I had a great stay. I was there for three nights in March 2009 and booked another visit for 2010. Bourbon Street is within walking distance, but far enough away that nights stayed quiet apart from ordinary city noise.
