The room was meant to be non-smoking, but it reeked of a mix of cigar smoke and people's stinky feet. The toilet didn't work, the shower looked like someone had peed in it, and the floors were sticky everywhere. I had to leave and book another hotel. There were no pros, just a ton of problems. It wasn't worth the price, and if zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.

This might work if you only need a cheap room and won't spend much time there, but ours wasn't great and could have been cleaner. The bedding was thin, and so were the pillows, so you may want to bring your own comforter. One of the beds was broken. The people next door also left their two toddlers outside unsupervised in just diapers, screaming and crying for hours.

Please don't stay here. The first room we were given smelled terrible, and the pictures I took show how bad the hotel was. The photos online are false advertising, the doors looked kicked in with gaps at the bottom where you could see outside, and there was no breakfast. We checked out on October 19th and got back to Texas. My husband realized on October 20th that he had left his school book behind. The hotel said they'd call if they found it. When I called to ask why nobody had followed up, they said the room had been rented from the 19th to the 20th and claimed someone else stole the book. Customer service was bad too. When I asked the manager for his name, he said Kevin but wouldn't give his last name because he wasn't comfortable. I also asked to speak to someone above him, but he wouldn't give me that information.

Do not stay at this hotel. I booked the Quality Inn off I-30 East in New Orleans through Priceline for my son, from October 12, 2025 through October 19, 2025, while he attended a U.S. Coast Guard school. The property did not match what Priceline or the hotel's official page advertised. The listings were misleading, and the actual condition and safety of the place were immediately concerning. Room locks were broken or appeared tampered with. People loitered around the property, and drug dealers were openly present near guest areas. I had called on October 6 and was told the security gates closed every night at 7:00 p.m., but they stayed open during my son's visit. The room smelled disgusting, the bedding had burn holes and stains, and there was no toilet paper. My son was placed in what I considered an unsafe and potentially dangerous situation. As a parent, I trusted Priceline and Quality Inn to provide a safe, suitable place for an important training period. When I contacted the property for a refund, staff were extremely rude and condescending. They refused to issue a full refund despite the advertising and safety problems. I requested a full refund, a formal acknowledgment of the misleading advertising and unsafe conditions, and assurance that action would be taken to keep this from happening to other guests. If it's not resolved promptly, I intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and dispute the charge through my credit card provider over the misrepresentation and unsafe lodging.

Please don't come here. The front desk staff are rude and disrespectful, especially the owner. When you report room problems, he gets angry and acts like it's the customer's fault. The rooms aren't clean, the sheets are dirty and full of holes, the walls are nasty, and the smell is horrible. The AC and Wi-Fi don't work. They say they'll reset the Wi-Fi, but they don't. Breakfast is terrible, and the juice machine only gives water. The rooms look nothing like the website pictures, which is false advertising. There are mice in the rooms too. The rates should be much lower for a place this poor. I recommend nobody stay here. Drive right past, and go somewhere else if you want your money's worth.
