We got a clean, comfortable, lovely room at a fair price, and I’d happily stay there again. It was between Bourbon and Royal, close to Jean Lafitte’s bar and Verti Marti cafe, but far enough down the street to get away from the noise. The housekeeper was super friendly, and we enjoyed asking her questions about our stay.

We found a great last-minute deal for Mardi Gras. It was close enough to walk to all the action, while still giving us somewhere quieter away from the crowds and noise. Getting to our room was easy.

My room was the “Blues Room,” decorated with paintings and objects that fit the theme. The setup is self-service, with each room in the house having its own outside entrance. I stayed during an early-June heatwave, and the AC kept working well through the night. The location also put me close to the French Quarter’s architecture and amenities. A good weekend choice, and I’d stay again.

We stayed here last August (2024), my husband, my dear friend, and me. It was brutally hot 🥵, so I was glad every room had air conditioning. We liked hanging out in the backyard garden to relax and chat. We’re going back in November!!!

The room was really cute, and we were close to everything in the Quarter. Somehow it was still quiet. The location was perfect!
