Breakfast was a highlight, generous and delicious, and the hosts were friendly and easy to deal with. Our room had a very comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and separate heating and cooling controls along with a ceiling fan, which came in handy during the heat of the day. The rooms and courtyard have lovely, artistic New Orleans decor. We really enjoyed our stay here, and this is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans.

That little courtyard was a lovely spot, with fountains, greenery, and an iron table. We found plenty of street parking, and the location worked well for us, close to Frenchman Street and an easy hop to the highway. There’s a cute breakfast place right across the street, so the lack of breakfast at the B&B wasn’t an issue. Inside, the bathroom caught my eye first, along with the retro microwave. The bed was comfy, and there were books in the cabinet above the small desk. The innkeepers were friendly and quick to respond to emails. I’d come back next time I’m in town.

We booked through airbnb, then got off our flight and took an Uber to the room at 1:30 in the morning. My wife and I were exhausted, and someone else was in our Airbnb. We had nowhere to stay in the middle of the night. I’ve never had a more ridiculous experience.

The best part was the maitre d', who was so friendly that he cuddled with me after breakfast and gave me a few sweet kisses :) We had a wonderful time. The hosts were warm, and the rooms were spacious and comfy for NOLA, with beautiful decor and scrumptious meals. I just wish breakfast had a few more choices. Oatmeal with fixings would be an easy, inexpensive addition, and toppings could be served on the table instead of on the plate. I was too shy to say my plate had too much syrup one morning.

Cindy was helpful and pointed us toward some nice restaurants and local shops where we could pick up snacks. Her breakfasts were amazing, and we liked meeting the other guests over the morning meal. My husband and I stayed in an upstairs room in the main house. There was plenty of space for us, and we loved our stay.
