We stayed in the quiet Rose Room on the second floor, facing the back, and loved having a separate kitchen space for breakfast. Getting around was easy: the 11 bus stops around the corner, while the St Charles Streetcar was a pleasant 10-minute walk. Ray was a proactive, accommodating host, and we had a great time at the Garden District B&B. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Raynell really is the hostess with the mostest! My family can’t wait to visit Nola again and stay in Ray and Luis’ gorgeous home. We loved our time in this beautiful B&B. The courtyard suite was well appointed, and the location and amenities were everything we hoped for.

The spacious room and Ray’s kind, helpful hosting made our long weekend girls’ trip to NOLA a special one. His bed and breakfast is in the charming Garden District, close to the French Quarter and NOLA’s attractions. Staying in a classic New Orleans row home was a unique experience compared with a hotel.

Ray was so welcoming, and even let us check in early without us asking. There’s lots of good food and shopping a short walk away, and the location makes a great base for getting around town. Our room had plenty of space and the little comforts we wanted, including soft bedding and strong AC. We had a great stay!
