The Jung Hotel & Residences works well as a comfortable, practical base for work, a convention, or a short visit. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with the expected essentials, including marble floors, big beds, and plenty of light. There’s nothing wrong with the stay itself, and the staff were excellent throughout, especially Dakota, who gave standout service. I did find the hotel a little short on character. It’s efficient, but if you’re hoping to feel the atmosphere and sense of place New Orleans is known for, it may not give you that as soon as you walk in.

As first-time guests at The Jung Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by how much it had to offer. Our suite was modern, clean, roomy, and nicely furnished, with a mini kitchen, washer and dryer, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. The hotel is well kept and conveniently located for exploring the city, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The coffee shop was the one letdown. Service was short staffed and the wait was long. Everything else was great, and I’d recommend staying here in New Orleans.

I spent six days and five nights at the Jung Hotel and had an amazing stay. The room was comfortable and the service was phenomenal. Monique, Dakota, and Lisa at the front desk, along with valets Troy and Shane, took a personal interest in my comfort and care. It was impressive and reassuring. I’ll definitely stay at the Jung Hotel again when I return to NOLA. Five stars all around!

Check-in was a breeze. The staff were efficient and welcoming, so I was settled in without any trouble. The rooms at the Jung Hotel are huge, with lots of space to relax after a day out. It’s also really convenient for Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, whether you walk or catch the streetcar. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay and would highly recommend it if you want a comfortable, convenient place in NOLA.

The Jung made a great base for seeing the city. Streetcar stops are right outside, and walking to the main attractions was easy in the nice weather. Bourbon Street is about six blocks away, and we could reach everything around the French Quarter in a comfortable 30-minute walk at a moderate pace. Our room was very spacious and surprisingly quiet despite facing a street. Service was impeccable from check-in through checkout. We didn’t have time for the rooftop pool during the day, and it felt a bit chilly at night. The pool didn’t seem heated while we were there, though the rooftop was still a lovely spot to sit and unwind after a long day. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. It felt like five-star value with a boutique hotel feel.
