I felt safe in the neighborhood, and the friendly hosts served breakfast early so I could get to my meeting. It’s a classic 1875 house with a few old-house quirks. The New Orleans Convention Center is a 15-minute Lyft ride away, and the famous post-conference music spots on Frenchman Street are a 10-minute walk. I’ll be back.

Joe and Federico were wonderful hosts, and breakfast was amazing on all three days we were there. The rooms were clean, large, and comfortable. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood, with easy walking or driving access to the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street. I’d stay again when I’m back in New Orleans. Highly recommend it if you want somewhere clean, quiet, affordable, and run by friendly hosts.

Joe and Frederico were easy to talk to and attentive without hovering, and Frederico makes a mean breakfast. The price was amazing for the location and how nice the place is. Our spacious room was spotless and full of thoughtful touches, and the house has loads of character, from the cool art to the cozy porch and courtyard in back. The neighborhood felt colorful and safe, an easy walk to the French Quarter while still feeling quiet and safe. We’d absolutely stay again next time we’re back.

I felt at home and safe the whole time, and would love to come back someday. Joe and Federico are amazing hosts who keep the B&B clean and comfortable. Pretty much anything you’d want to do in NOLA is walkable or just a short Uber ride away. I can’t recommend this place enough for a vacation stay.

The breakfasts were delicious, and we felt so spoiled. Rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the location can’t be beat. I’ll be staying here again. Thanks for everything!
