Towneplace Suites By Marriott New Philadelphia

My semi truck was in for service, so I stayed here overnight. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff seemed to really care about guests. I also used the gym, where the equipment was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely look for this hotel in other cities.

Brenda and her staff made breakfast a real highlight. They were attentive and did an amazing job each morning, and I was very impressed with them. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff overall were great.

Karlee from room service was so welcoming and thoughtful with the kids. She'd always say good morning when she saw us in the breakfast area, and we really liked her. Mrs Brenda made the best breakfast, with creative egg dishes, and kept the dining area spotless and organized. She was just as pleasant on busy mornings as on quiet ones, and always seemed to notice what people might need. I only wish they'd had green vegetables at breakfast, like cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, or lettuce, since I wanted healthy choices for my kids each day. We spent 10 days at Townplace suites in September 2025 and felt very spoiled. The room was spacious, beautiful, and quiet. The location was ideal, one minute from Walmart, Texas Roadhouse, hog heaven, and other restaurants. Sugar creek was 15 minutes away, and Walnut Creek farm was 24 minutes away. It's a must visit, though expensive but beautiful. The pool was clean, the water was warm, there were plenty of towels, and the bathroom was clean and working. We didn't use the gym, but it looked lively and had lots of exercise equipment. It was a lovely stay, and we'll come again, God willing.

Traffic could get a little noisy at times since we were on the river side, but it was a nice, clean hotel. I'd stay again.
