I could hear my neighbors talking late at night, their TV, and somebody's CPAP machine through the walls. The vinyl plank floors made the room echo, and the toilet seat was loose enough that I slid to one side when sitting down. The toilet paper was under the sink, about three feet in front of you, nowhere near within reach. The mirror over the desk was so streaked it looked unwashed, and the TV was the same. I took pictures. It was utterly gross. They say the hotel is non-smoking, but all I could smell when I entered my room was cigarettes. They also claim disabled access, yet I can't do stairs and they put me on the second floor. I'm assuming the first floor is mostly rented to people who live there. The advertised continental breakfast wasn't what they actually offered: one box of frosted flakes, a loaf of bread, butter, and honey buns and nutty buddies from the dollar store. Not impressed at all. It was a really bad experience.
