I won't book a hotel in this area again. I'll always check here first through air bnb. The stay was very clean and had everything included. The Murphy beds were nice. Getting to the beach was easy, with a crosswalk at a light just outside the room. I'd recommend a ground floor unit since there's no elevator.
The price seemed pretty good to me in a world of 'way too high, but...' The place was clean, tidy, small but functional, with eclectic FLORIDA DECORATED style. I appreciated the little things stocked for Guests, like a Keurig, basic kitchen items, and towels. It's across the street from the beach, and we could see the Ocean from our 4th story balcony. There's a 7-11 nearby. For dining, Blackbeards has an Early Bird from 4-6pm, and Garlics and Norwoods are two more options.
The pool was inspiring, and the place was quiet and relaxing. It's beachfront, with a beach front park right across the street, and a street light nearby. The BOB ROSS Arts mall isn't far away.
The rooms are just the right size, and you can walk to both the beach and restaurants. There's a 711 nearby too.
From here in New Smyrna, it's less than a five minute walk to Chases on the Beach for food and drinks, Manny's Pizza, and SoNapa. The beach is across the street, and there's a 7-11 next door. A great place to stay.
