We were happy with the location, right in the middle of New Smyrna Beach’s beach district, and the hotel has been remodeled with good taste. The front desk staff were very nice. Jordan checked us in quickly and pleasantly, and Dennis(?) took good care of us and adjusted our reservation. I usually ask for a third-floor room on the north side. Flagler avenue can get noisy from traffic, and roosters patrol the courtyard and the edge of the hotel. Street noise and parking were the main downsides this time. Parking costs $28, spaces are very limited, and trailers aren’t allowed. In my opinion, it feels like a money grab. Most Hamptons don’t charge unless they’re in a city and have to valet vehicles. Both mornings, the lobby coffee served with breakfast was only warm, and by about 9:30 the urns were empty. The hotel wasn’t busy, so management should review the breakfast attendant’s procedures. She seemed miserable, and I’m sure guests would appreciate better service.

The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. There’s free breakfast with a nice range of food, and paid parking is available with easy access. The hotel welcomes dogs, and the staff were outstanding. A great place to stay near New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, with a contemporary look, and we thought the free breakfast was just right. Flagler Ave puts you near all the NSB hotspots, with only a quick walk to the beach. Our one complaint is the $25 overnight parking charge. I’m not a fan. Could it just be included in the room price so it doesn’t catch us by surprise?

The hotel looked beautiful, and they’re remodeling now, so it should be even better by the end of the year. Our guests had an incredible stay and found the staff so friendly. We had an amazing weekend here for our daughter’s wedding. Fiona and Emily were a pleasure to work with when we reserved a block of rooms, and they were so helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

The location made everything easy, and the place was super clean. Breakfast was decent, too. We were visiting the Biltmore and the King Tut exhibit, and the Hampton was just three minutes from the Biltmore, exactly what we needed. They welcomed our two dogs, and we loved relaxing with them in the lounge in the evening.
