My husband and I spent two October nights at the Night Swan with friends. The hosts were so welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious with a nice variety. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and right on the water. I’d highly recommend Night Swan B and B if you’re in the New Smyrna Beach area.

We came by boat and stayed at their dock. The whole visit was great, from the dock to the bed-and-breakfast inside. Everything looked good, and breakfast was home-cooked and delicious. It’s also perfectly placed for a walk into town and its wide choice of excellent restaurants. We’ll be back, whether by boat or car. Thanks!

We spent an amazing 10 days here. Dave and Nathalie are lovely, and every breakfast was delicious. And the dolphins! Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

This has been our regular spot for years. Natalie and David always make us feel welcome, and the location is excellent. Since we travel with our pups, the dog-friendly rooms matter to us, and they’re always clean. Breakfast is delicious, and there’s a kitchen area where the owners keep yummy ice cream in the freezer for guests. We love relaxing at the private dock, fishing and watching dolphins and manatees.

The owners make you feel so welcome it’s almost like visiting family. They really go out of their way to make your stay special. It’s a beautiful bed and breakfast, with lovely grounds and a great water view.
