We loved the ocean views, the pool, and the deck with easy access to the sandy beach. There’s no drive beach here. If you’re staying during a space launch, the night views are great. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, and we’ll definitely be back.

We agree with you and sympathize with what you went through, but it sounds like the review may have been meant for Sea Coast Gardens two or three, next door to Sea Coast condominiums on beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Unit 112 at Sea Coast condominiums reflects our commitment to cleanliness and a well-appointed space for guests, as the photos show. Theresa, our Host, took great care of us throughout our peaceful, refreshing stay in Sea Coast Condos unit 115. The welcome packet made checkout easy, and everything was laid out clearly. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon. The place was spotless and modern, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and private patio. We enjoyed Keurig coffee outside in the morning, then walked to the oceanfront sun-deck for sunsets and sunrises. There were thoughtful touches all around, from the sign at the entrance to extra cozy blankets in the linen closet and a welcome bottle of wine from the host's collection. Restaurants like The Garlic and grocery stores were conveniently close by.

I’ve stayed here twice and really like it. The pool is great, and it’s clean and right on the best beach, with good food nearby. The elevator can be troublesome, but they fix it quickly.
