Seascape Towers 1123 Apartment 2

The beach is usually uncrowded, and we love the balcony views. The local restaurants are great too, which makes this a lovely family beach vacation. Our friends call it "a little taste of heaven." We've never had a problem during our stays, and now our grandchildren enjoy coming here with us. We rented at Seascape Towers with our kids every year for more than 35 years, trying many different units and enjoying our time there. A few years ago, we bought at Seascape because the building and grounds are well maintained and there is a great Property Manager onsite. I want to address a recent review that I believe was inaccurate. The building is in excellent shape. The parking lot is under construction and other repairs are underway, and the owner should have explained that to the renters. If they had booked through the Property Manager and her staff, they would have been informed and given the chance to cancel. Please don't blame our building or the Seascape community without knowing the full story. We have proper reserves and take pride in the property. Ocean air and salt are hard on things at the beach, so many repairs are needed to keep it in pristine condition. I'm proud we keep up with them. We've never encountered a problem, and our grandchildren are enjoying their stays too. Please join us at Seascape Towers for a lovely vacation. I know you won't be disappointed!

For the past nine years, my family has spent the winter at Seascape Towers. The complex is very nice, and the people who run it are wonderful. We feel like family there. Being right on the ocean is a privilege, and regular maintenance is part of keeping the experience great. Keep up the good work!

It's such a relaxed, family friendly place. The beach is quiet and never feels crowded.

I've lived here almost 12 years. The condo is always up to code, though a building from 1986 will need things replaced. Along with Moontide and Sunrise, we replaced our decks because of saltwater intrusion over the years. Nothing is crumbling. An engineer inspects us every so often, and every eight years the building gets redone, with all concrete issues repaired. Other buildings nearby haven't had any work done. The review I read isn't factual, and the support he mentioned had no rust. We have strong reserves, unlike other condos scrambling to meet State requirements. Please check the facts before spreading false information.
