The whole stay was fantastic. They managed to accommodate a full hockey team at the last minute and were flexible with booking. The rooms were clean and the staff professional. The branch GM also worked through a billing issue on my end involving a third party and saved me some money. Well done!

The beds were much too firm for us, but everything else was a good experience. Our newly remodeled room was clean and nice, and we appreciated the built-in bathroom nightlight, a small touch we rarely find. The venue was so close we could walk there and back. Manager Quinn was great, friendly and personable every time we interacted. Our card keys didn’t work at first, but he happened to be in the hallway, took them to fix, and brought them back. He’s a real asset to the hotel and company.

Quinn, the general manager, went above and beyond for us. My mom is in her 80’s and couldn’t manage the high bed or the bathroom setup, and we couldn’t move to a handicapped room. He went to Walmart to get items that made the bed and bathroom easier for her to use. It was great!

The location was great, with several restaurants and a large grocery store within walking distance. The hotel was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I spent the whole month of December in a room at the New Ulm Harmony Inn. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a huge bed, full-sized dresser, table, and chairs. I’d recommend the Harmony Inn and Suites to anyone staying in New Ulm.
