The room terrace was a highlight, with stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the city. We loved our stay: the rooms were clean and comfortable, and even the sofa bed was great. The location is superb, close to every kind of public transport, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome and safe ☺️. The one issue was room dining. There's a restaurant, but it was almost always unavailable and had long waits. Since we traveled with a baby and rarely had the option of dining in, room dining would have made things more comfortable 😅.

We had a blast seeing New York City's sights, either on foot or with a short subway ride from the hotel. The area is beautiful and quiet, with an easy walk to shops, the subway, and the ferry. Battery Park, WTC, Chinatown, and Little Italy are also a short walk away. Our room was spacious and clean, with a good view of the Brooklyn Bridge. The staff were super friendly, and the gym was fabulous. Loved the hotel and its location. Highly recommend it, and I'd definitely stay again.

Michelle at reception was a real gem, and everyone else we met on staff was just as lovely. We had a great snowy weekend here. The hotel is on the smaller side, so it doesn’t offer as many amenities as other NYC places, but the service more than made up for that. It’s also handy for tourist spots, with plenty of cafes and restaurants close by.

We were close to Chinatown and the Seaport, with lots of restaurants, bars, and things to do around us. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the rooms were beautiful. We managed to upgrade to a suite with a terrace overlooking the Brooklyn bridge, and the view was gorgeous. The room itself felt comfortable and luxurious. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff made the stay for me. Everyone was friendly and cheerful, and they had good recommendations. I was in NYC on a work trip and found the hotel a lovely place to come back to. The room felt luxurious, with all the amenities, a great hair dryer, and a rain shower. I hadn’t spent time in the Seaport area before. There are good food options and markets nearby, plus some restaurants with live music and trivia. The Brooklyn bridge is very close and makes a nice photo spot. I missed the happy hour and breakfast, though both sounded like fun. I’d suggest taking advantage of them if you stay. I’ll be back on another trip. Thanks, 33 hotel.
