Andrea at the front desk made our stay especially lovely. She was so sweet, helpful, and professional with me and my daughter, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and looked after. Her kindness really made a difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Thank you, Andrea, for such wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend the hotel.

Mr.Rush at the front desk made our visit easy and stress-free. He was kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout, and even arranged a ride back to the airport through the hotel’s partnered car service. That was seamless and one less thing to worry about while traveling. Rush and the team made the stay memorable, and we’d happily return. AC Hotel by Marriott New York Downtown is modern, clean, and well placed for getting around Manhattan. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Manhattan.

Sleek, professional hotel in a downtown location I’d choose again. The hospitality and accessibility both earned 5/5, and the location was top-tier. The rooms were excellent too, meeting my expectations for a quality city stay, though I’d give them 4/5.

The guest bathrooms on the second floor were really gross. I used them two days running, and they were very dirty. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and cozy, the shower was nice and hot, and I felt safe traveling alone. It’s a great base for exploring Manhattan and Brooklyn.

I’ve worked in hospitality for over 40 years, and AC hotel really impressed me. Matina, Kesh, and Rush were so nice, and the gentleman on the buffet Tuesday morning was right on target. They made us feel special. I’ve stayed at many Marriott hotels, but this one became my favorite. I LOVE NEW YORK and DEFINITELY LOVE AC HOTEL DOWNTOWN! Thanks for the hospitality.
